Honestly regretting missing the priority deadline right now because of how quick people got admitted! Woah! I used to live in Huntington Beach too! born and raised there until I moved out on my own after undergrad finished ( I went to marina high and UC Irvine) I love that disneyland, but I love Knotts Berry Farm more! Sorry, I’ve been trying to be patient but since the notion was that those who got accepted would be notified early on this week and it’s Wednesday already it’s hard not to be antsy... Knowing that people have already gotten acceptance calls is exciting and nerve wracking, to say the least! I even brought my phone to the shower in case I got a call . The waiting is exhausting, but I still have a glimmer of hope, just because I know I am a great healthcare provider, but I’m just hoping they’re able to see it also. This is my only school I planned on applying to since there are no schools close to me, and I have absolutely busted my tail the last year working on shadowing, prerequisites, etc, just like I know so many of you have! Hopefully they see this in us, too!! I have no clue if they have done all of their acceptance calls for this interview round but I’m praying they will do more!! Not sure if this will help anyone because sometimes nothing quiets the voice in our head..... but for all the acceptances that went out, we were given a timeframe to reserve our slot and pay a deposit (purposefully being vague I don't compromise OPSEC). I can't read minds and I don't have any special insider info, but it may be that they're waiting to see how the first round falls into place. It makes total sense to feel anxious and nervous, we've all worked hard and its devastating to think we'll have to try and try and try again. Just the fact that we check in and lift each other up is a testament to how strong and resilient we are. Even in our own personal chaos, we're there for each other. Ive been a clinical dietitian for 3 years living in Pennsylvania! I applied on 5/27 and was verified on 6/9! Just waiting and praying daily that I get asked to interview!!! Congratulations to all those who got accepted ! What a wonderful accomplished group I’m seeing! Would love to work and be amongst all of you someday in the program! I was having the same problem with not being able to get in touch with my admissions counselor. I almost missed the priority deadline because I couldn't get anyone to submit my in progress class info. I called and left a message explaining my problem and asked if I could request a different counselor. Someone different reached out via email and submitted my info just in time (June 1st).
