Even if it’s rolling admissions, they don’t just review your application and give you an answer immediately. The people who heard back after you were either stronger applicants that they knew for sure they wanted to give an interview to, or were worse candidates who got a rejection letter. There’s a lot of people that still haven’t heard back yet that are under consideration. They have HUNDREDS of applicants to decide on. Last cycle, I submitted my app right around this time and got my invite on 9/30. This time around, I submitted back in July and still haven't heard anything.
