Shadow: no shadowing done Volunteering: no volunteering done recommendations: got a recommendation from an rn supervisor. MD chief of medicine at the hospital, and also an NP who was my clinical instructor. Applied: I applied to 25 schools. My first pick will be wayne state university. my question is, what are the odds of me getting in somewhere considering I have no volunteer work or shadowing experience?
