This is a silly question but for the patient care verification form are you printing it out, having your supervisor sign, and scanning it...or sending it via email and having them electronically sign it? I actually realized that I can't apply this year, I thought that it was for January 2022 but it is actually January 2021 so I will have to wait a year since I won't be finished with undergrad. In the past forums for UNC I saw there were a lot of ppl invited from out of state as well.
