I received that “under review” application update on 9/3, and I am also an Out-of-state applicant from Texas. I ended up declining this interview due to financial reasons. They told us some people would hear back this week and some would hear back over the next couple months about acceptances. They are sending out everything including waitlists/rejections by dec 15.
