However I felt they genuinely wanted to get to know me and my interpersonal skills through group activity, panel interview, and the MMI’s. I keep getting an error saying it couldn't recognize the file, even though it was downloaded from their website. I then scanned them using an app on my phone and uploaded it as a pdf. Does the application allow you to upload the file in different formats? That may be an option worth trying.
