They do two rounds of interviews, for which invites for the second round have not gone out yet, and I believe a third "clean up" interview for all campuses. I am also pretty sure that if you apply before the deadline they have to review your application. I don't remember my exact dates but I submitted my application in June/July, got verified a week later (it was fast because I was a re-applicant), and got an interview invite on Tuesday 9/20 for the 10/21 interview. Congrats to all who also got invites for the first interview! To those who haven't gotten an interview yet, hang tight! These are only the first rounds and there are still opportunities to get an invite for a later date!!
