Not a good job offer.

And don't forget they got to work through NP school making RN pay....  Every PA school, including mine, refused to let you work and if you were caught doing it....you would get the boot!

They will still make more working provider hours as RN so it will be PAs taking those jobs

I really believe post Covid these will be the norm numbers especially for new grads.  There are just way too many NP's being cranked out and 28 states for them have no supervising doc requirement.  And then there are our restrictions.....
