ohsnapPA Posted November 7, 2014 Share Posted November 7, 2014 I only had 500 hours as an ER volunteer, 320 hours as a medical assistant, and 200 hours as a research assistant when I submitted my CAPSA. ohsnapPA Posted November 19, 2014 Share Posted November 19, 2014 Hi pa0619! I've been working at the clinic that 2nd year students are doing rotations. I've met around five people so far and talked to them about the program. The general vibe I've been getting from them is.... PRO: that they are all pretty satisfied and feel well prepared by the program; very strong support system from staff CON: administrative kinks that need to be fixed such as short-term notice exam scheduling + order of didactic scheduling (^all of which they've put down in their evaluations that possibly the program will consider).
