LKPAC
I'm not above criticism. I'm glad to receive constructive feedback. But I get tired of narc-seekers-who-got-NSAIDs being the determining factor on my scores! Discuss.
PA-C
Re-scheduling rate: the percentage of patients you saw on a given clinic day who you convinced to make a follow up appointment (with you or another provider at the practice) at the check-out desk immediately after their visit with you. Reality Check 2
Patient "satisfaction" does not in any way equate to good medicine. Worked in Occ Med Clinic - guy comes in with open distal tuft amputation that needs OR, bone chipped, flap made and sewn down. Send him STAT to hand surgeon for same day procedure. He gives ME bad scores because he had to be admitted and I didn't meet his needs IN CLINIC. That about sums up the usefulness of that score. Joelseff
My last press Ganey review had some complaints that I wasn't a doctor... Yeah I don't like them... Medicine died some when we stopped becoming Clinicians and became Customer Service Reps Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G891A using Tapatalk
