tsiridium
Need opinions please regarding which PANRE to register for. The information on the NCCPA site is not helpful in making my decision. I have been working in neurosurgery and orthopedics, but I do a fair amount of adult medicine in the orthopedics practice. Any advice from folks who have recertified recently? Thanks! BUBUPATR321
I choose the adult Medicine one. Luckily I took it once passed so didn't have to take both. it wasn't to bad...
Moderator EMEDPA Posted June 12, 2015 Moderator Share Posted June 12, 2015 have taken primary care all 3 times. it's the most like pance, a test you have already studied for and passed...
Evolute
I took the primary care option last year. A buddy took the adult med the year before and did fine (passed) He seemed to think there was a lot of internal med questions. Like E said the primary care option is more like the PANCE. SHU-CH
I have taken the primary care PANRE a couple times - it seemed essentially identical to the PANCE.
Joelseff
I wonder what the difference is between the PC and Adult Med Tests? I'm planning on taking PANRE next year and work in FP now but most of my career was in Adult Medicine. can some offer advice? Sent from my S5 Active...Like you care... Joelseff
Chris, thanks for the link. I was being lazy hahaha. So it looks like the adult med will still have peds questions but mostly adult med. I'll likely take that one. Sent from my S5 Active...Like you care...
