General: Well developed, normal habitus (no abnormal fat distribution), pleasant, well appearing. HEENT: NC/AC, Sclera anicteric, EOMI, PERRL, no exophthalmos, TM pink/pearly, nares clear, Oropharynx clear Chest: RRR no M/R/G, lungs clear throughout Abd: nontender, no organomegaly GU: not done Extremities: FROM, 5/5 strength, normal DTRs throughout. Skin: Unremarkable, nails/hair normal Psych: Appropriate, concerned about her condition but not overly anxious or depressed. Any particular special tests or exams anyone wants?
