Updating Personal Statement for Reapplication?... STATS?

Hello everyone,

I am new here and I have two questions, that maybe I can get some feedback.

Last cycle, I applied very late into the cycle (November) and only to three schools within my area. I received one interview (still waiting to hear back) and two denials. In case I get denied, I am preparing to apply early next cycle. Should I continue using the same personal statement, assuming other school haven't read it, or should I update it? I plan on applying to more schools and the same schools as last cycle. 

Here are my stats: What are my chances? 

sGPA: 3.58

Overall GPA: 3.46

Nonscience GPA: 3.36

BCP totals: 3.46

PCE: 20,210 hours (back office MA for 9.5 years)

HCE: 280 hours

Volunteer: 310 hours

Research: 930 hours

Shadow: 30 hours PA

3 LOR: 2 MD, 1 Professor

Any advice would greatly appreciated! Thank you.
