MBKU 2022-2023 Application Cycle

Recommended Posts

Rejected without interview. BUT I did get into my top choice.

For those of you with rejections and/or waiting. KEEP GOING! If an "older" non-traditional student like me can make it after 15 years of making up for an abysmal undergrad GPA, taking post-bacc courses while a juggling FT job, HCEs/PCEs, volunteering, and caring for an ill parent (breast CA and Stroke), you sure as hell can. What I always kept in my heart was, "It's just a matter of WHEN, not HOW". So I implore you to NEVER EVER GIVE UP, it WILL happen for you.

I got flat out rejected. My stats are competitive, not bad at all and i think the interview went pretty okay. Maybe i didn’t answer everything correctly, but i deserved to at least be on the waitlist. I feel like giving up on becoming a PA, maybe it’s just not meant to be. I interviewed with one school last cycle and got completely rejected. I don’t know what to do. I feel so lost. I don’t know what to do. For those of you that got accepted, why do you think that is?

Do not give up. Some people who got accepted were on their 3rd or 4th cycle maybe. It’s so competitive girl! But with knowing that, you just have to keep going and improve your application! I know how that feels. I was rejected last year with only 1 interview. But keep going!!! It’ll pay off! 🙂

Please don’t give up, if it’s your passion, it’s just a matter of when, not if or how! MBKU does give feedback but they ask that applicants wait until the end of the cycle to ask.

I totally get it, I was waitlisted stanford and SMU last cycle and didn’t get off, and I’m waitlisted again this cycle but for Mbku. I have another interview tmrw and I just feel depleted. It def how ur interviewing if ur getting rejected after getting interviewed. Have you done mock interviews or practiced with people?
