mukhtar Posted July 15, 2012 Share Posted July 15, 2012 [h=2][/h] i am international medical graduate permanant resident of USA. i am intrested in joining pa programme. i have few question to clarify 1) i am a medical college graduate .i completed prerequisite classes chemistry physics in 2000,anatomy physiology in 2001, biochemistry microbiology in 2003.as most of programme needs prerequisite within 5 yr of graduation does i need to retake it ? 2) if i need to retake, from where i should complte these courses? 3) how much time it take to complete these courses? marktheshark89 Posted July 15, 2012 Share Posted July 15, 2012 1- Certain programs require courses taken within 5-10 years, others do not. Check on specific program websites for more information. Also, there are certain programs which do not accept foreign medical graduates, so you will have to check that out aswell. 2- Any 4 year institution 3- Probably 2 semesters (about 9 months)- considering you might need to take courses in sequence (IE- anatomy and physiology I and II) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
