nope, do the ems one at 1/3-1/4 the cost. essentially the same course with a difference of a few procedures you will never use anyway.

Bump on this thread.  I spent today helping to teach airway management to some of our PA's who are orienting to the ED's critical care pod, and was pondering blowing most of my CME budget for the year on the Walls course.  I've taken the EMS version in the past, and some of the docs who taught it said that it was worth spending the bucks on the ED version.
