He only called to let me know about the acceptance and said that a formal offer packet will come by mail/email in ~7 days. IIRC, some people got email acceptances last year and the phone calls were sometimes late in the day (7-9 PM). That may be due to time zone differences, though. I'm guessing that all acceptance calls will be made this week and the emails will follow (maybe next week?). Rejection letters and emails usually come last. I'm just guessing, though. Regardless, I wouldn't worry too much. If you were given an interview, your chances of being accepted or waitlisted are about 50/50. And even if you don't get accepted this year, you're in a much better position to get feedback and improve your chances next year. If this is truly your passion, you WILL become a PA. ????
