IdahoPA
Thanks, guys! I'm sure it will be a great experience. Kudos for getting this started. Helping vets into PA school seems like a very logical move. It's awesome that we'll able to solve two problems at once by educating/employing vets and providing primary care people. On another note, I'm also a "Les." It's not horribly common so I keep pausing when I see someone else with it. :)

captheng
I'm a vet applying this summer. I have a few more science pre-reqs to complete by end of July. I have over 2 years of HCE, a masters in Social Work and 20 hours of PA shadowing. Just focusing on keeping grades up now :)
PA4me2010!
I am a vet/current national guardsman currently attending PA school. I think it's weird how the profession started for vets but there is nothing in place for us now. The profession is definitely changing.

Corpsman2PA
So true at this stage. Once you are in its sort of like basic and tech school. By that I'm guessing you mean its a blur, a lot of information in a short amount of time, you continuously think "what did I get myself into", and you continue learning once you begin working??
