bracampb
Is anyone familiar with any programs designed as bridge programs for someone who has attained a Bachelors degree as well as Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, who wants to become a Physician Assistant? Thanks
Moderator EMEDPA Posted November 4, 2012 Moderator Share Posted November 4, 2012 there are no such programs although with that background you would be a competitive applicant for any pa school. even fmg physicians who go to pa school have to complete the full program. functionalmedguy24
I didn't know community colleges offered PA programs. I'm a DPT and CNS...I shared many classes with PAs. One guy switched from the DPT to the PA program and he received credit for several courses he had taken. Many FMS grads can get licensed as M.D.s. I know at least 4 personally.
