I never got notified of creating any portal since there wasn’t a supplemental application and I scheduled my interview through the email they sent. I got a link to create a portal account in the interview invite email. When you log in, be sure to click on the 2023 application link, and it should take you to a page with your name at the top and a gray square with Application Details in the top right corner.
