Compensation/Job Benefits

Hi all,

I have an upcoming HR meeting with a potential job. I was wondering if the following includes all the pertinent benefits or if I am missing any. Thank you for your help!

 

1.  CME

2. Malpractice insurance includes tail coverage?

3.  Relocation allowance?

4.  Vacation days and holidays

5.  401k or ROTH

6.   HSA, health (when kicks in?), dental, vision

7.    Room for raise or bonus structure?

8.   Will DEA, insurance and hospital credentialing, and state license be paid for?

9.   Reimbursement for ACLS and BLS?

10.  Sick days?

11.  Contract duration? Non-compete clause (how long)?

12.  NCCPA credentialing renewal and professional memberships paid for?

most these are a no go in a larger corp or hospital system.  HR will hide behind the "its what everyone gets" BS

 

The things I would get in writing

ALL work hours are be paid - no working for free

NO call - EVER - unless compensated

Raises built in to your contract otherwise they just welch on it and come up with BS excuses
