For those of you who got the call + the emails with links with how to accept, were you guys able to find the button on that website to accept? I used my email associated with my CASPA and the pin code they gave me to activate the account through the link they gave, but when it opens up to the website I can't find where to select "Accept" and to pay the deposit. I don't know if I did something wrong or they just didn't put it up as an option on my account yet?

Click on the red text that says “Now that you’ve been admitted, reply to your offer of admission and reserve your seat”.

I know from previous years it seemed like they did more than just one day for calling people to accept them but since it seems no one else has been called and accepted for several days that might be it 😕 I’m so bummed. This is my second time interviewing and I actually thought my interviews this round went really well 😞 not sure what else I can be/should be doing differently. I aM just hoping that there is still some chance they aren’t done making calls.

But seems like In the past they may have had 2 separate interview sessions so maybe that was the reason for the later calls After the first round.

And, were they a little bit behind this year ? Thoughts ? I’m trying to make myself not despair.

For those of us waiting to hear back, we should definitely try and stay positive. I interviewed on November 3rd and have not heard back yet. From last years forum, it seems they made their initial acceptance calls and waited to see who would make a deposit or not to tell the rest of the applicants their status. A post from someone in this thread said that they had until November 30th to make their deposit so to be honest the rest us may not hear until then. I could be completely wrong though but this is what I think is going to happen. Good luck to everyone waiting to hear back. We will all end up where we are supposed to be! 🤞

Man I wish I had just one acceptance. I didn’t even get an interview so thinking I’m out for this year again. This process is def not for the faint of heart.

Hi friend-

I think I know how you're feeling.  This has been my third cycle in a row applying to PA schools.  I've only been offered three interviews over these past three years applying to a dozen different schools (including this current cycle). I've felt like giving up on my dream so many times and I've hit some pretty low points in that stretch of time.  But each failure has given me another opportunity to be better than before, and as such, a better shot at succeeding.

And I am now happy to say that after 3 cycles of applying, I finally got my acceptance call at 7:15pm on the 14th!

My point in all of this, is to acknowledge that this road is (rightfully, and by necessity) a very very difficult one to travel, and it's certainly not for the faint of heart as you said- but, that's what makes it so sweet in the end when you finally do succeed. It also may give you some encouragement to know that you CAN succeed from nearly any starting point, no matter how low or hopeless it may seem at first, provided you continue to put in the hard work (as I assume you have) and keep the faith in your dream.  And trust me- if I can do it (I was a pretty mediocre student in undergrad), then anybody can do it! KNOW that you can.

I say these things with respect and humility.  Good luck to you!

P.S. In the near future, you may be in a position to write this same kind of message to another who finds themselves in our same shoes- don't forget to turn around, reach out your hand, and pull them up too!

@TM329Thank you so much for your caring words. Definitely needed that. I’m glad you got accepted finally and I know I will too. Just getting discouraged because I don’t know what I can really do to strengthen my application. I have a 3.9 undergrad, 3.7 science, 15k PCE and the same in leadership. The only thing I would think might help is more shadowing hours. I hope you and your family have a happy and safe holiday season.
