I'm in need for some serious advice. Do guys think it's too late to apply? I want to apply this cycle but idk if I have missed my chance...

Are you asking about RFU specifically, or any program?  It's certainly not too late to apply.  I have an interview with RFU this Fri, but I applied to some other schools just 2 weeks ago and got an interview 2 days after applying.  There are schools that are non-rolling that haven't started & won't start until Oct, Nov, and even Dec (depending on the program).

That's my 2 cents...

May I ask the programs that you got an interview at two days after applying?

If it has been over 9 weeks and I still have heard nothing, should I reach out to them? Or is that extreme

Did you receive a confirmation email from them? If you did then I think waiting is okay because they have received a lot of applications this cycle. But if you didn't receive a confirmation that they received your application then I think emailing is okay!
