Oh right - health care admins/managers don't have to learn leadership...or at least are allowed to sleep through their survey courses at school.

They also don't have to maintain--or even have, in many cases--any remotely applicable skills or licensure, so even if they were so inclined, there's no reasonable expectation that they could.
