Honestly? Can't say, never needed to use it. Their newsletter pushes more alternative quackery than I would like, but at least it's not patently anti-vax. Cost is very reasonable; coverage is NOT insurance-like: they aren't insurance, so they don't have to cover preexisting conditions, and so won't.
