Can I submit my caspa before I get my 3 letters of recommendation?

Some of my letters of recommendation are slacking since they have been real busy. I would like to apply ASAP. Can I apply and have the  letters of recommendation come later or do they all need to be in by the time I submit?

But OP can submit their part - CASPA just won't review it until LORs are in.  Basically if you are done with everything YOU have to do and have sent your LOR requests, submit.  CASPA will review once it has everything it needs; you don't have to keep checking to see when LORs are in in order to submit.  (Unless, of course, it physically won't let you submit until 2 LORS are in.  In which case, well, yeah.)

You can submit without the letters but CASPA won't start verifying until you have 2 letters in. I don't understand why they do this. AMCAS and AACOMAS (for med schools) don't require this. You can submit and start the verification process whenever you want.
