Torshi Posted December 6, 2014 Share Posted December 6, 2014 Weaknesses can be things such as overlooking things, stubborn at times, inability to be patient etc - always, if you state a weakness, provide a scenario or example in which you have exhibited that weakness and/or ways you've tried to fix it. For every question you answer - format it rather than giving a blanket answer. I always stated my answer in a way for any question - 1.) answer the question / 2.) elaborate by giving specific situation/past experience / 3.) ways I've been trying to fix it or have already improved (provide another situation/past experience to prove that etc.) Follow some type of format when answering questions - the more you explain yourself the more genuine of an answer.
