I'm planning to take the EMT-B course next semester at my local Community College, but ( here is where the crazy part comes) I am also considering taking CNA at the same time. Is that doable? Has anyone done that, or am I sounding like a crazy person? I am pretty good at school, mostly A's, had taken many hard classes and know this would not be easy at all, and that's why I would really appreciate your insights on this. By the way, I also have a full time job and 2 kids. I'm just trying to get as much trainning as possible to gain the required experience, so I can be a good future candidate for PA school. Some EMT classes go waaay beyond the federal minimums and can be quite a bit harder than others; I have no idea if CNA classes have the same difficulty variability.
