DogLovingPA
I recently attending an EMS Symposium (I am an EMT-Intermediate as well). Can I log those lectures as Cat II CME for my PA license? I know some EMS classes (ACLS, PALS, etc) are recognized as Cat I but these were 1.5 hour long lectures on various topics (I took mainly peds lectures). Do I just use the title of the lecture when logging the hours and if needed show my CME roster for my EMT license as "proof"? Thanks!
GetMeOuttaThisMess
I think you can read a package insert on a drug and basically get Cat II (kidding, but probably very close to the truth).
DogLovingPA
Lol. I went to the NCCPA website to read the description of Cat II and it was like "any medically related activity that enhances the role of a PA" and I thought that was pretty broad. I should of been paying attention and logging hours for all that time I spend reading, etc. Thanks for the reply.
d2305
No documentation needed for Cat II.
