andersenpa
We were joking at work today that the change has happened because self absorbed attention seeking dependency is the norm now (facebook/twitter/etc.....)
lingeringmind
I've been following the DMS-V developments. I just see it as hopelessly expanding the diagnostic criteria to the point of stumbling ambiguity. The DSM is a guideline only. The disorders blend together and its about psychopathology. If a patient's AXIS-V GAF is over 75, the DSM probably doesn't apply.
