Schools that don't require a 3.0 GPA

Recommended Posts

I recently saw some posts about <3.0 GPA overall, and unfortunately I'm in that boat due to my first bachelors. So I made a list of all the PA schools, on caspa, that don't require an overall 3.0 GPA. The links are usually to prereqs making it a bit easier to see what else is recommended. Good luck, it seems our boat has some holes in it.

I went through all the pa schools listed on caspa and if it said they required a >3.0 GPA it wasn't included. There is always the possibility I made a mistake, for example, I didn't see they also mentioned ">3.0 or a recent increasing trend" but I did look for those statements. I know there are some school that don't use caspa which I'm sure anyone can easily get information from, so the list can be bigger. But I think this is a pretty big list (59 at my count) out of 160ish schools covering most the US. I'll see if I can find those schools.

Okay, I saw 25 other school that were not on caspa's list so I included all of them. A '~~' means they require a >3.0 GPA and some are 5 year programs. One I didn't mention as they are not looking too healthy as far as accreditation. I also updated some other stuff on the list: http://www.scribd.com/doc/135790106/Less-Than-Overall-3-0-PA-Programs-and-Non-caspa-Programs
