Moderator ventana Posted January 31, 2013 Moderator Share Posted January 31, 2013 big companies usually do an earned time catagory that builds up as you work small practices usually just give you an annual bank try to lump all time off to PTO (4 weeks vac, 1 week cme, 1 week sick, 1 week personal, 1 week CME) 8 weeks PTO a year.... many ERs don't give vacation, but a higher hourly to cover the unpaid time off Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
