Brigid2010 Posted November 9, 2023 Should a person in their upper 80s, nigh on 90s, with macular degeneration, Insulin dependent diabetes, beta-blocker usage for (presumably htn, but some vague mention of maybe heart disease???), and also...a hearing deficit...like it's necessary to speak in a clear, slightly-above-indoor-voice-level-loudly-slowly-enunciated-in-a-quiet-exam room setting-repeat question multiple times, be driving on the open highway???
