gammagirl Posted October 4, 2010 Share Posted October 4, 2010 Writing this PS has been my Achilles heel. I have been procrastinating and procrastinating. I have about 1200 words written ( not sure how that relates in words) but I need someone with experience to proofread and help me give my statement some:sweat: finesse. I am currently finishing up pre reqs at a community college. Should I go to the English writing center or ask the head of the Science dept for help? I would even consider paying a professional for help but have no idea where to look. Any suggestions? I will be applying in April but need to get this out of the way now. just_me Posted October 4, 2010 Share Posted October 4, 2010 I would go with the writing center and the honors english professor at your school--one thing I also did was have the admissions director for a limited access program at my school read it.
