PAs practice in Mexico?

Hello,

 

Can PAs practice medicine in Mexico? Like maybe at resorts, in the big cities? Or even more rural areas? Does anyone know how to find out?

Here is a link that doesn't mention Mexico. Maybe someone knows better. I spent several years overseas as a PA and ended up working under the radar, but that was a different time (1980s-90s) and in most places you can't do that today.
