cdcd67
I'm just curious, for those who have normally done telemedicine, do you get paid per patient or per hour? For an experienced PA (>5 years), what's a decent amount to expect for telemedicine? I was quoted $10/patient for one of them.
Reality Check 2
YIKES This is still medicine - as distorted as it is... $10 per patient - NO WAY IN HELL. If you work for a flat fee company - ie - a patient pays X$ for a phone visit - then you negotiate a percentage of that Or You go by complexity and length of call and the whole stupid RUV thing Or You run... COVID sucks but telemedicine should not turn the ART of Medicine into a McDonalds drive thru Please do not sell your soul to a shirk telemedicine outfit! 1
ShakaHoo
$1/minute would be my bare minimum going rate - And that is generous of me
