mjl1717
I know we have different specialty certifications one can attain (usually one or two year programs). And also ATLS, ACLS, PALS, BLS DOT certifications and even sub specialty certificates/ certifications for dermatology.. My question is : Are there other specialties or certificates one can apply for as a PA or did I already cover them??

Moderator EMEDPA Posted March 14, 2017 Moderator Share Posted March 14, 2017 don't forget the CAQs. there are a ridiculous # of certs available to docs, pas, nps, etc out there. different jobs may require different ones. just looked at my CV. I have 20 different certs at this point, not including additional degrees.

camoman1234
What do these initials stand for?? Type them in google. BTW a lot of these certifications can be found on google, "Certifications for health care professionals" or Certifications for Physician Assistants" etc. A lot of these questions could be answered via google.
