But as far as the article, it looks like the FTC is siding with Iowa PA's but this is not yet a victory. Looks like there's still some deliberating on the medical board's part. Doesn't Iowa have their own PA board apart from the medical board? But as I read the article, the medical board is holding the decision... What good is having an independent board if you are still under the influence of another board? I may have read it wrong... Im still half asleep.
