TacMedic
I am sure this has been asked many times before, but I am looking for the Online Physician Assistant Programs? I have financial support, but it is something I will have to do utilizing distance learning. Any help will be appreciated!

Moderator EMEDPA Posted May 7, 2011 Moderator Share Posted May 7, 2011 Not a good program to look into then? nope. I would also pass on the other partial distance learning program. some things you can learn by distance learning. clinical medicine is not one of them. interactions in real time with professors and classmates are an important part of pa school. Firemedic13
I know the general consensus on here is partial distance is a bad idea, but I will say that I heard the UW-Madison program is a good one... and if you absolutely positively cannot attend a program for 2 years in person that it would be worth looking into. On the other hand a lot of people who believe they cannot find a way to attend an in-person program are often mistaken. It is well worth taking the time to really look at your situation and see if you can't work something out.
