SarahChil
Does anyone remember if the titers they needed drawn for school were covered by insurance?
Andreasmo
I personally did not get any titers done, but I believe most insurance companies do not cover titers. If you are working in healthcare right now, you may be able to get your company to pay for them. My insurance did fully cover my boosters as preventative care. caitlinb
Mine were not, I had to pay almost $300 for them unfortunately. There was some sort of deduction due to insurance but definitely not full coverage.
patachok
Mine were covered, just ask your doctor to bill it a certain way, or do something else to help. But i am sure it also majorily depends on insurance.
Sparkles9708
Weirdly enough, mine were and even my TB ended up being covered.
uscbigdawg
The last one I had done, I did at planned parenthood. I know that sounds weird, but it was super cheap. Their fee, if I recall was a donation.
cinntsp
My insurance at the time covered labs done as part of a yearly wellness exam, so I didn't have to pay for the titers. It all depends on your plan.
