TarheelGirlx3
Hey everyone, So I have been strongly considering moving to Charleston for quite some time. The cost of living is quite high compared to where I currently live, but I feel that there are way more job opportunities, especially for building HCE. I should be receiving my CNA this week, and I will most likely be working at an assisted living facility shortly after receiving it. This job is not ideal, as I would rather work in a hospital. Does anyone know about the job market for CNAs/patient care techs in hospital or office settings in Charleston and the surrounding areas? If so, is the pay adequate for the cost of living? (AKA will I most likely make more than the small town I currently live in where cost of living is cheaper) Thanks,
cinntsp
You may want to check out the City Data forums. They might be helpful for finding that kind of information.
