UGoLong
What Chris said. Have good rotations, graduate, pass your boards.
Just Steve
Attending a school that has good rotation sites in the geographic area that you want to live/work in increases the chance of landing a job. Definitely take the US News World Report with maybe a couple of grains of salt
Friction
I would be more concerned with graduating and maybe finding a fellowship/residency... BTW, here is a realistic view at PA school rankings... http://www.paeaonline.org/index.php?ht=action/GetDocumentAction/i/118967
Swarley
Definitely not your salary. I would think like other fields your salary would be based on your experience, geographic area. I think I've read here that the program might impact your first hiring, but after that all subsequent hirings are based on experience. During my shadowing, PAs mentioned networking through clinicals for landing the first job (as Just Steve notes).
