Best way to start preparing for interviews?

So, in case I were to get an interview this coming up cycle, what is the best way to start preparing now? Like the best way to keep up on current issues that will affect the PA profession, health care in general, etc.? Obviously the news and whatnot, but is there any recommended literature or magazines that are just for PAs? Any input would be much appreciated..thanks!
