NEPA
Could anyone offer some advice on how one would go about finding a job after graduation in the state other than where they are graduating from? I am originally from New England but will be studying ~1000 miles away. We have a job database at school where recruiters leave their openings for new grads, but I'd rather move back home to work. Would it be wise taking a job near school first, gain experience, and then try and land a gig near home?
Administrator rev ronin Posted January 10, 2013 Administrator Share Posted January 10, 2013 Join your home state's PA association as a student member, and cruise their job boards. Worked for me... but I'm only working ~120 miles away from my PA school. :-)
just_me
some people in my program also used their elective rotations to go back home, using that time to network as well
