PA2024umkc
Hi, I’m a new grad coming from school in missouri, I lived in the springs before starting school and am looking to return to denver/boulder area. it seems like every single job opening requests experience, i’ve been applying anyway and haven’t had any interviews or responses yet. is it possible to get a job in denver as a new grad?? is the job market just super saturated for new grads there? or is it also because I don’t have a colorado address currently? My partner lives there now, would it be bad to use his address? if anyone has any intel into the job market there for new grads or tips on applying I am happy to have any advice! Thanks! Boatswain2PA
The EM job market in Denver is terrible. CMGs PAs from that area to the midwest to work EDs for much higher rates.

SedRate
Network, network, network. Consider working outside of the boulder/Denver area for a period of time.
