Need some advice

Hello! I am a x3 applicant and going on my 3rd cycle. I applied to 20 schools and only have 1 waitlisted. I am kind of in the worst spot because I’m not sure where to go from here. Going to PA school is really my only priority but with years without the admission I am mentally exhausted.

My stats:

PCE: >3,400
Patient care tech: surgical services
Patient care tech: labor and delivery
Patient care tech: inpatient oncology
Medical assistant certified: OBGYN (current)

Gpa: overall 3.3
I have taking 36 credit hours in the last year with a gpa of 3.7. And currently enrolled in 14 with upcoming 8 for spring 2024.

Shadowing: >100 hours
EM
Orthopedics
Neurosurgery

Volunteering: >80 hours in 2023
Working with children in after school programs
Marketing chair for a non- profit

Any advice or feedback would be very helpful. I think I am exhausted from being rejected and need some direction. I’m not giving up but I want to know my mistakes or deficiencies to where I can improve for next cycle.
