The number of people that join the Facebook site will not give you any indication of how many have accepted admission, so I would ask all of you for your patience through this process. Once the PA office has a good understanding of available slots, the next set of phone calls will take place. We do not have any other information to give you at this time. During most years, one or more persons will withdraw their acceptance between now and January. We will not know who or how many, so I would ask all of you to be patient and plan for next year. The admissions team will determine the next person to call if cancellation occurs. We do not publish a call list or explain where a person is on the wait pool hierarchy. I know you have worked hard to get to this point and you would love to be part of this class. We only have a number of seats we can fill, and we have confirmations for all seats now. I know this can be quite frustrating waiting to hear, but please try to be patient. Cancellations can happen at any moment, and they occur all the way into December. While it does happen sometimes, someone rarely comes off the list at this point. I encourage you to keep working towards the next cycle and make your application as good as possible. Being interviewed is a big step, so keep working hard.
