The two interviewers I had were very nice, which helped calm my nerves a lot. They want to get to know you as a person and not just as an applicant. But they also want to know where your head is. Expect some questions to be asked, but they won't require much thinking power. I didn't do any preparation beforehand for my interviews; I just went in with a smile. Of course, I looked at the webpage under the link attached to the interview offer email, but I didn't do anything else outside of looking at that.
