swimkatswim Posted June 14, 2023 Share Posted June 14, 2023 Hi! I applied on 06/12. I was overlooking my application and noticed the minimum grade is a 3.0. I have a B- in statistics, which is a 2.7. I thought I could still apply since the prequisites "no more than one grade below a "B minus"". Any help would greatly be appreciated! futurePA2891 Posted June 23, 2023 Share Posted June 23, 2023 (edited) I received the same email! From my understanding, their program is “modified” rolling admissions. Meaning they will not send interview invites until after their deadline closes, but will then release invites based on the date you applied. Generally, you cannot "double dip" when it comes to academic prereqs. Plus, general chemistry and organic chemistry are two very different courses and although an understanding of general chemistry is a usually a requirement for taking orgo, there are a lot of things that are taught in gen chem that are not re-taught in orgo. This is likely why they are separate requirements. As always, check with the school for a final, definite answer. My reply is based on solely on past experience applying to PA programs and the information listed on Pace's website. Hope this reply helps though!
