I interviewed September 23rd and they said the second week in November we should here. However, they are interviewing through November 18th now so I’m wondering if that’s going to change. How long is the essay? one on one? and group interviews? hi! the interview did take the full 4 hours, but you weren't interviewing for the whole time. the group interview is about 15-20 min and there are two 1:1 interviews that are each 15 min. the essay was also very short, might've also been 15 but no longer than 30... Without giving much away on it as it should be fair to everyone, it is all straightforward and be prepared for scenario based questions however the best thing you can do in any interview is rely on your experiences and be confident in yourself!
